How to set a scale of inches, 1 to 30, for Letter size paper

Hi Everyone

I just started using LibreCAD and from what I remember about using AutoCad in the 90s I had to set a scale for the whole page I was drawing on.  Its the first thing you have to do, still, isn't it?

How to set a scale of inches, 1 to 30, for Letter size paper?

Ok, so I jumped the gun, and posted without looking, sorry about this, I looked at the other scale question tread, and I think I get it now, you just draw! and worry about scale after, when your printing.  Mind you, while your drawing, you may have to zoom in quite a bit to see the units your getting!
