How to show all toolbars?

I am a brand new user and have watched a few videos. I am trying to set the LibreCad user interface to my liking. I only have one toolbar visible and want all toolbars visible so I can re-arrange them. How do I do that?

Go to Widgets - Toolbars and select them.
Or try Widgets - Dock Areas - Left if you prefer this appearance.
