How to start with LibreCAD

I'm a totally new user. I try to get LibreCAD to my laptop, but I need some help, please. I went to page: https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/releases What file should I download. I dowloaded LibreCAD-2.2.1-latest.zip, but I cannot find information about how to install it to my laptop. Is this the right file? How do I start installing LIbreCAD?

Depends on your computer. Since you are asking, I assume you are running windows, so choose win64 exe to download.
