Import X,Y coordinates (CSV values)

Newbie_2
Hello

I am rather new, but now I want to import ZX-Y-coordinates from a textfile.
My version is 2.2.0-rc1

But:
File / Import  has only two options "Insert image" and "block". I'm missing "Read ASCII Points".

Has anybody an example how to use ASCII points?

Thanks in advance Kees

I saw in Wikipedia:  In LibreCAD create a new layer and call it t1. Go to File / Import / Read ASCII Points.
But this manner is now wrong.

Now:
Plugins/ Reas Ascii points

Problem solved.

I just finished going through this tonight. Use the PlugIns Read Ascii Points. I was able to copy and paste from excel 2 columns, the first being x, the 2nd y. Paste the columns into Note Pad and save using the .CSV after the file name. In the Plugin, use the tab as the format style. Works slick as all get out.

Enjoy.
