Infinite help line functionality

After a few days with LibreCAD I'm pretty surprised about the maturity and the functionality of the application.

I remember the infinite help line function in ME10 as very useful.
Is there a comparable function in LibreCAD?

To help us understand this feature better, please include screenshots, pictures, or detailed description about this feature, because not all LibreCAD developers use or understand ME10.
