Insert image dont work

Hi,

I just install LibreCAD to perform digitizing images. I choosed a CAD
instead of a GIS because I dont need to georeference the map I will
digitize from the image. So LibreCAD is exactly what I want!

But, when I try to insert an image LibreCAD crash. I also try with the
option "draft" checked, but same thing appen a great CRASH.

I am using:

- Ubuntu 12.04 LTS french version

- LibreCAD ver. 1.0.1 french version

Can you tell me how can I solve this problem.


I also have an other problem, I have a small monitor and the interface
of LibreCAD is too large and I cannot reduce the wigth of the window. I
can I slove this second problem.

both sound like bug to me.

I am aware of the second bug: we need size control of our tool buttons

Sorry to answer so late, I was not at home but very happy to read you now.

Oh, I am very sad about your evaluation of my two problems: bugs probably.

The size of the window will be solve, its great, but it is not my major problem because I can work even if the window is too large.

Can you tell me if I should wait LibreCAD solve the problem or if I want to begin my work in the next weeks, I should begin with another CAD until you got a solution?

Honestly at the moment I think the guys are busy pushing LibreCAD beta out!
