Invert a DXF for a lasercutter

I need to invert this DXF for use in a laser cutter... can libreCAD do that? How?

I've tried removing layers but I think I need to invert somehow. The image on the left is what I need - this flattened rings have no centre.

do you mean:

Modify -> Revert Direction (Ctl-R, or %-R on mac)
