Is LibreCAD part of LibreOffice?

Jubiaudio
I am new to LibreCAD.  Yesterday and today, I went to https://librecad.org/#download , then to https://sourceforge.net/projects/librecad/files/Windows/ and downloaded the installer for LibreCAD: LibreCAD-Installer-2.2.0.2.  However, I could find LibreOffice only.  There is no LibreCAD.  Please advise and help.  Many thanks.

Alright, everyone. I finally got LibreCAD installed in the folder C:\Program Files (x86). I downloaded the file named "LibreCAD-Installer-2.2.1_alpha-164-g09328dc7" from the "Nightly Builds" dated 2020-05-26. The links for version 2.2.0 on both SourceForge and GitHub pointed to the same file, "LibreCAD-Installer-2.2.0.2.exe", which only installed LibreOffice.
