Is Move Nodes a Thing?

I was expecting to grab a node and move/delete it to change a layout. Is this supported?

Seems it is: Entity Handles.

With entity handles you can only move a node by sight on screen, not according to numerical input. Snap works,though.
The tool you seek does not exist in LibreCAD. The nearest to it is Stretch. You can't select a single point, but have to pull up a window around it, maybe containing several nodes.
