Learning CAD

Hi,  I am new to CAD and don't seem to be able to open the help file, I have checked synaptic and the doc file has been loaded.
Where else can I look?

the people from Ubuntu/Debian are currently updating LibreCAD on Ubuntu ppa. We will update this thread once everything is place.
