LibreCAD compatibility issue with AutoCAD (selection window).

- I want to discuss about a LibreCAD compatibility issue with
  AutoCAD, when using selection window...

- The compatibility issue appear when selecting or deselecting entities
  using the "Select Window" or "Deselect Window" select tool.



- The select window behaviour on AutoCAD is:
  Notes: Actually tested with IntelliCAD V6.4 (from Autodsys).

        - When selecting entities using a window:

                1) All entities that is totally included
                   in the selection window is selected, if dragging
                   the selection window from left to right.
                   Notes: Vertical direction have no effect.

                2) All entities that is partly or totally
                   included in the selection window is selected,
                   if dragging the selection window from right
                   to left.
                   Notes: Vertical direction have no effect.


- On LibreCAD (master):

        - When selecting entities using a window:

                1) All entities that is totally included
                   in the selection window is selected, if dragging
                   the selection window from top to bottom.
                   Notes: Horizontal direction have no effect.

                2) All entities that is partly or totally
                   included in the selection window is selected,
                   if dragging the selection window from bottom
                   to top.
                   Notes: Horizontal direction have no effect.


- I think that we have to correct this compatibility issue,
  to make LibreCAD a CAD more user friendly for the CAD
  users that have to deal both with AutoCAD (or AutoCAD compatible)
  and LibreCAD.


- Remarks:
        - This compatibility issue was not there with earlier
          version of LibreCAD, and seems to be introduced this
          year.
