Line Modifications

I am new to LibreCad and have a question about line modification. I went to Modify then properties. Then selected a line I wanted to make wider selected a value and nothing happened. I can change color and type but not width. Am I missing a step?

Are you sure the width didn't change? When you ask again with properties, doesn't it indicate the new value? Probably you just have to zoom in enough to visually see the line thickness. How it really looks in the end you can see best in Print Preview with the intended scale.
Also ensure you don't have Draft on in the View menu.
