Loss of access to the Command Line

Another action that greatly slows down the development of the drawing is the loss of access to the Command Line, often when pressing <ESC> to END a command or WINDOW. I need to use CTRL M many times.

well, the issue with focus is known and we'll improve it.

However, please note that the command line is not only place for entering various parameters for commands - there is a "option toolbar" that is usually at top of the graphic view.

And within that toolbar there are the set of parameters, that are specific for the currently active command.

I'm new to LibreCAD, and I'm doing a detailed study of the tool.
I've been a user of AutoCAD among other graphic tools for decades, I'm very fast, but I've started a radical change.
