Move to 0,0 won't exactly move there

I have a drawing with a center at 4020.39, 35.8356. I tried to move it with the new center at 0,0 using following steps

1. Select all entities
2. Move/Copy
3. Reference point (as above)
4. New point 0,0

However when I look at the properties of the circle whose center should now be at 0,0 it shows -0.00368937, 4.99259e-05. Can I get it to be exactly 0,0?

Maybe you didn't have the proper snap mode on, snapped to wrong point, or grid or nothing at all.

I will check. I entered the coordinates in the command window so I assumed the snap mode did not matter. I guess it does.
