Need help! Reduce an Object and place in drawing

Hi,

I am totally new in CAD, but I managed to make my first drawing.

Now my problem is to resize/reduce an object and place it 90degrees turned anticlockwise in my main object.
My main object is an motorbike holder for a navi device and should contain the Suzuki "S" in the middle.
I have finished the main object and I have made the "S", but to big and not as a hole in my holder.

Can anybody help? Or give me an idea how to change it?

Modify / rotate, scale, move-copy

Ändern / rotieren, skalieren, verschieben-kopieren
