New to computers and CAD

Im an older guy trying to learn Libre CAD. This looks like a wonderful drafting Package. I'll need alot of help to discover its full potential. Hi to everyone! Is it possible to draw a line in the command line by saying : l at 15 degrees 72 inches long.
