Offset a line with a distance

Hi

Im new to librecad and am trying to navigate my way around. I was using Draft sight but didnt want to carry on with a paid subscription.

I am trying to offset a line with a given distance. There is a post forum from 2016 that shows a box to enter a distance measurement however I dont have this box. Does anyone know how to get this box on my toolbar?
