Ordering layers ?

Hello,
I have to colorate my draw, so I defined various layers with various colors, using "solid full" in the hatch drawing.
Previously I had drawn others layers with hatching.
My problem is in some parts I have hatchings + colour (and I am happy with it), but in some others I have only the color : the hatching's layer seems to stay behind...
In this question is another : is there a way to order varuous layers ?

Thanks for answering, but I dont have "drawing order" in th "Edit" main menu ...
(V1.0.2, compiled in April 2012,  may I change ?)

It's recommended to upgrade to the latest stable release 2.0.5
