Origin vs paper edge

I am in the process of learning CAD using LibreCAD.  I'm attempting to create a border and title block.  The first thing I have noticed is that the origin is printed about 1.75 inches from the paper edge (8-1/2x11, landscape). Is that normal, and how do I change that?  I saw no setting for the origin.

If you do not position the drawing intentionally at a special place, it will be printed centered and fitting onto the page.
Go into Print Preview mode to set the printing scale and move the paper under the drawing by mouse to the desired position. Stay in that mode to print.
