Panning with middle mouse button

Hi,
I'd like to report a bug with panning.
When I click middle button on my mouse, I can pan a screen but in the same time it changes zoom of my drawing. Of course I don't turn wheel when I click this button.

In Qcad demo version everything works fine.
In Librecad 1.0.2 panning works almost fine - it changes zoom only once (like single click).
In Librecad 2.0.0 it changes zoom continually, so it's almost impossible to work with middle button (wheel scrolling in this button works correctly).

My mouse is Logitech M705, Windows 7
