Paste command is pasting a previous selection

asb
Hello forumists,
Having next issue: When I Select, Copy then Paste a previously copied selection is pasted instead of the last one. I cannot escape of this issue, are there any tricks on this?
I'm using Windows 10 Professional and LibreCAD 2.1.3 downloaded and installed today.

Steps to reproduce:

step01-Objects selected step01-Objects selected

step02-Selected_objects_copied step02-Selected objects copied

step03-Pasted_object_is_the_bigger_square_one_from_right_instead_of_the_selected_one_from_the_left step03-Pasted object is the bigger square one from right instead of the selected one from the left

This happens if you fail to select a reference point during the second copy operation.  Be sure to:
1. Copy
   - set reference point
2. Paste
   - set  reference point
3. Repeat from step 1.

I do this too often, especially when I use [Ctrl]-[C] / [Ctrl]-[V], as it isn't the typical way for copy & paste works.
