Pen-size vs Pen-size for printing

cenaluc
Hi all,

I am new with Librecad

I am trying to set the pen size for the printer (pdf) but I see that setting the width in the layer setting is not only changing the pdf: also the width in the cad view is changed.

Can I keep the 0mm setting at the CAD level and assign the non-zero width only for the printing and print preview?

Fantastic software anyway!
Thanks

Welcome @cenaluc!

Your right, there is only one line width setting, used for screen and export (print, PDF).

But probably Draft Mode can help you. This was made to speed up rendering; images, text and hatches are disabled in Draft Mode, but also line width. It is easy toggled with CTRL-D or tool bar icon.

See https://docs.librecad.org/en/2.2.0_a/ref/menu.html#view
