In the Library Browser under "misc" there is an example for A3 and scale 1:1. Click on it and then on "Insert". For every sheet size and scale you need an extra template. This provided template only contains the lines and some text, but not the drawings settings for dimensions and so on. So it is best anyway to make the templates yourself and save as a drawing file. In the Wiki under Usage - Templates there is an explanation.
