Printing size

Raya
Hello all. I'm newbie at this forum.

I'm using Librecad 2.2.0 on Debian testing. I made some parts for use as stencils, I need scale 1:1.
I don't have printer so I've made some PDFs all in scale 1:1 and A3 paper size. One piece doesn't fit in on A3 so I made a "mosaic" with two A3 sheets.

I've checked PDFs wiht screenruler and measurements are correct, but after sent to a copyshop they gave me a printout with 1cm shorter in width and length.

I'm almost certainly that is some kind of printout configuration in their side, is Minolta bizhub printer.

In order to recheck PDFs, is there any way to measure on PDFs?

Regards and thanks in advanced

Many PDF - viewers do have a measuring feature nowadays, for example PDF-XChange Viewer.
There is no snap though, so it's only a circa reading.
The copyshop may have printed scaled to printable area, not to 100%.

You are right: the copyshop printed in scaled size, today I've printed in "real scale" (as said the shopkeeper) and the printout is OK now.
In the other hand, I've imported pdf in Libreoffice Draw and there I can select lines and get it's length.
