Problem the current drawing preference options units

Hello,
When I do a quotation in millimeters, I always have 4 zeros after the point. I was in the current drawing preference options and in units I removed the 4 zeros after the point but that does not change anything. The program ignores this and does not save the option
Do you have the solution?

Set it in Current Drawing Preferences - Dimensions - Linear precision.
