I have recently updated to the Yosemite Operating System on my Apple computer and previously was running the Maverick OS.
When the Maverick OS was running on my computer I was using LibreCad Ver 5.2.1 Rev 2.0.2-36-gae5d577 dated the 20-3-14 and everything was working fine for many months. I then upgraded my OS to the new Yosemite OS and then found that I could no longer print my drawings. Neither the Print short cut icon nor the print command from the drop down would respond. In the command line I would get a brief message that the print was complete but nothing actually happened. I then went to your web site and discovered that there was a newer version so I delete the earlier version and downloaded the latest version qt Ver 4.8.6 Rev 2.0.6-3-g697fcf dated the 20-10-14 and found that neither the delete icon nor the delete command in the drop down menu will work but the print command does work. I don't know what other commands won't work because when I realised that I couldn't delete an object then I could not use this version to do my drawings. The message in the command line is that I had not selected an object to delete yet I had. As a temporary measure I am now running both of these versions of the program. The earlier version to do the drawings and the later version to print them. It is not ideal but is all that I can do until there is a patch available to remedy the problem. Can you help me? (Modify -> Delete) issue?
Please provide more details. In the 2.0.6 release, there was a bug for command line, and you should use the CAD toolbar right arrow, instead of keyboard Enter/Return to "continue". ( http://forum.librecad.org/Move-Command-Enter-does-not-quot-Continue-Action-quot-td5710587.html )

Thank you for your prompt response. I need some clarification as to what exactly you mean by your instructions. To delete a line I either go the the delete icon on the left side or choose delete from the drop down menu and the result is the same. I then select the line either using a window or by simply pointing to it and the line becomes dotted. This indicates to me that it has been selected and then I hit the enter button but nothing happens. With the previous versions the line then disappears and is deleted. Regards John Pesch

this is exactly the bug described in: http://forum.librecad.org/Move-Command-Enter-does-not-quot-Continue-Action-quot-td5710587.html
It's a command line regression, and a workaround is to use the "Continue" button in the CAD toolbar, instead of hitting keyboard Return/Enter. 2.0.7 has been released and has this particular bug fixed. You can build from source or wait for binary packages.

Thank you for the help. Maybe I am stupid but I can’t find a Continue button on the CAD toolbar. Can you direct me a stop where it is? I assume that you are talking about the two rows of CAD buttons along the top of the work space but there is no continue button. Is the new 2..0.7 version available on the web site yet to download? I am most pleased to report that I have now downloaded the latest version that was released on the 7-1-15 and all of my problems are now resolved. I find that the latest version is much more stable.

Good to know.
Looks like we need to add "Continue" button to our user manual in wiki.librecad.org
