Three hundred years ago, when I started as a writer, I quickly discovered that academics write only for the understanding of academics. For that reason I determined that what I wrote from academic input would be such that the guy on the street could understand it. I still feel that way. I understand that many feel comfortable with quickie videos of what steps to take, but they are simply not my cup of tea. I love good explanatory writing, and I see very little of it. Enough of that crap.
I would be pleased to help in getting the manual to be user-friendly. The first thing I need is comprehension of what I am looking at. Do you mind if I pose specific, perhaps one at a time questions? I will need some help starting with the glossary I mentioned. The understanding of what someone is looking at is step one. That would start with definitions of Part Library and Template (remember, I'm still on Page One). Oh, and the other thing. On Page One, there is the problem with where to enter the two URLs.
