Re: New User with a question about upgrading versions

Vonzipper
It seems like switching to version 2.2.0 is the in thing to do but when I try I am lost.  I can download the Github page but I don't know how to go from there.  I'm  from the dark ages where we  are use to looking for an .exe file or the word start.  Is there an easier way to upgrade to the newer version or more directions on how to do it?  My version is years old because I never took the time to learn it before.  Now that I am, I really am liking the program.

I understand https://docs.librecad.org/en/2.2.0_a/getstart/index.html is not clear enough for upgrades.

Which OS version are you using?

I am using Windows 11 and I do not understand about the 32 bit vs. 64 bit.  I am sure there is a way for me to look and see which I am using but I don't know how .
