Read ASCII Points Window are not showed

I'm having a problem with the Read Points ascii plugin. On the first installation it worked normally, but after a few uses, the configuration window no longer appears. What can i do. I have it installed on Windows 10. Thank you.

Try to reinstall. Also try a newer build.

Also Options - Application Preferences - Defaults - Clear Settings - Layout or All may help.
