Request to review and merge updates from codelibs/libdxfrw into LibreCAD/libdxfrw

Hi everyone,

I've been following the development of the libdxfrw library and noticed that the fork maintained by codelibs has several commits and improvements that aren't yet present in the official LibreCAD/libdxfrw repository.

Given the importance of DXF/DWG support for LibreCAD, would it be possible for a maintainer to review the work done here?

well, that's a good point. Actually, libdxfrw within LibreCAD is also updated as part of generic development, yet probably something useful may be be in added in that fork too.

However, from the very first glance - changes there are quite minor and similar code is present in LC version of the library. Yet it will requrie deeper investigation  - so thank you for reporting anyway.
