SNAP doesn't work at all.

I'm trying to set up libreCAD 2.1.3 on a Windows 10 computer. I like to use a combination of both mouse with snap and command line to make drawings (used AutoCAD LT2007 before, on Windows 7).

I can't get any SNAP function to work and all of a sudden now my mouse cross-hairs don't show when trying to SNAP when they did before, but no SNAP then either. The DRAFT function is turned off.
