Select & copy Outline only?

Hi Peoples; - I have an "object"...  irregular shapes - it's actually some handwriiten txt... (as say a .pdf)
Please; - I wish to abstract & use only the outline of shapes / txts - my intention is to take two lines of handwritten txt - rearrange as a single straight line string and then to format that string as an arc...
with (probably) a re-scale...
Please; - if any can comprehend what I've dsecribed would they be kind enough to offer suggestions or guidance? Many thanks!

Hi, I don't think LibreCAD is the right tool for this.
I'd suggest Gimp with the Polar Coordinates Distortion filter Sense_títol.png

Well - it took me rather a long time... (I did investigate other software) but other than using Inkscape to vectorize the bitmap it was all done in LibreCAD & these were procured via the .dxf
