Single dimension label modification

Windows 7 using LibreCAD 2.1.3.

I am working on a drawing with one dimension requiring outside arrows to denote it due to its relatively small size (1 mm).

The number label for that dimension is tucked close against it so it is illegible unless enlarged greatly.

BTW, this is a vertical dimension and drawing preferences are set to Horizontal for dimension labels.

I would like to offset the number from the arrows, or turn it 90 degrees to the right so it becomes legible.

Is there a way to do that?

I tried to Modify the Dimension Properties without any success.

Select the dimensioning by clicking on it with the mouse. Now you can pull the number anywhere at the small blue square.
