Snapper fine tuning and crisper operation.

It actually is pretty small change that makes the work of the snapper very comfortable and crisp. At first the snap distance is increased from 5.0 to 32.0, then the grid impact on the snap distance is switched off when the "snap to grid" is off. And when "snap to grid" is active, the snap factor is increased from 0.25 to 0.4.
