the URL in this post is by auto-detection, which works properly here for: https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD

To be explicit, you can click on the "Link" button during editing.

I don't see a forum bug:(

I saw on https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD instructions for compiling. I'm assuming if I want the latest changes I compile myself. Nice to know this is supported in both Linux and Windows.

This appears to be a Chrome related forum bug. The link you posted doesn't work in Chrome but works in IE. What browser are you using?

it works for me in both firefox(Version: 33.0.3) and chromium (Version: 39.0.2171.65)
