Splines please!

I would very much like to see a manual chapter on the use of Splines and Polylines please.
Also, the existing manual could do with an index.

He asked for splines several month ago already. I was not aware that there could be a special request for into into splines, especially because Librecad only offers B-Splines. But it may take a week before I find time to extend the wiki manual.
