Text has information and characters infront of it when I import a dxf file?

Does anyone know why the text is behaving like this when I open up a DXF file?

Which LibreCAD version do you use? On which OS?
Where is this DXF from? Can you share it?
How did you make these screenshots? Is this how the text appear inside LibreCAD?

Where is this DXF from? Can you share it?= This is exported from Archicad.
I also have this issue with files exported from Chief Architect. & Yes I can share as Its a test file.

 Is this how the text appear inside LibreCAD? = Yes as soon as I open any export dxf file from another program? The file works fine in other programs eg QCAD,nanoCAD, etc....
FYI in QCAD  in the property editor (specific properties) Simple yes/no, Yes creates a similar error?
Could not find a tool in Librecad?

Do you by chance know the file encoding? Not sure what you mean? Is that the year AC saved as 2007?

This behaviour can be found very often (or always?) with files from other origin than LC.
Can be quite annoying  and tedious to correct if there is a lot of text.
