The future of CAD

What newer technology do you think is worth applying to CAD?

Here are some ideas:

touchscreen + stylus (with buttons)

motion control

speech recognition

Here is a touch / gesture based program for geometric construction (jsxgraph):

I'm not sure if this is the direction I would prefer;
however, I support them for trying new things.

I just want people to be able to do 2D geometry on a cheap smart phone.

The fancy gadgets are intended for professional. Even if I can afford it, it's much more convenient to pull out my phone and draw.

For 3D CAD, it's conceivable that new gadgets are required, but again, for majority, computer vision from one or two cameras might be good enough to generate 3D gestures.
