UI colors

As someone suffering from deteriorating eyesight I would welcome if activated action buttons, e.g. different snap modes, were highlighted more clearly.
My suggestion would be much higher contrast than currently and/or perhaps a distinct black border.
Perhaps this could be a configurable setting under Options > Application Preferences.

Let me confirm whether this one is already being worked on.

Should be applied to 2.2.1(if possible, due to qt6/5 differences)
