Units in measurement distance point-to-point

Hi, I've seen some discussions about this topic, but still cannot figure out the answer. I use LibreCAD verion 2.1.0 on Fedora 28. I'm trying to measure distance between two points which should be around 114 cm, but I always get number around 57. Changing Current Drawing Preferences -> Units does not change anything. What could be my problem?

Measuring with info tool should always show right right value, no idea what could be the reason. 57 instead of 114, that's the half. Thinking error? Clicking wrong point, wrong snapping?
Can you provide a sample drawing as file?
