Using LibreCAD from the shell command line?

 Question: is it possible to make LibreCAD save a file from the system command line?

I'd like to do something like: librecad myfile.dxf -outputfile newfile.dxf

I need this because it would help clean up and translate some DXF files that I've got.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
