Hi everyone, been using librecad a couple weeks now,,like it pretty ok..the free version i am using does not seem to have a command bar....WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???

There is no other version than the free one. More important is the version tag, 2.1.3 or 2.2.0-...?

Presumably you have to enable it in the menu Widgets -> Dock Widgets -> Cmd.
