customizable toolbar

This program is almost perfect for me. I'm really impressed.
I have imagined a way to increase work flow efficiency.

Having to go in and out of the categories on the "CAD tools" toolbar
is adding many superfluous clicks. It also makes the user interface dynamic.
I think that a static user interface is more beneficial for muscle memory.

Let's ignore the command line for this topic,
and consider ourselves dedicated toolbar users. ;-]

I have two ideas:

1. create a customizable toolbar that allows the user to put whatever they want on it by:
- dragging and dropping from another toolbar
- or -
- a selection menu of all tools, which allows you to add or exclude tools

2. make a toolbar for every category on the CAD Tools toolbar
