geometry

I have a  group of circles in a layer. My question than I haven't been able to solve is it possible to change the geometry of all the circles at once. All the circles are the same size and I need to make them smaller. I try selecting them all, then use modify geometry, but it seems to only work on one circle at a time.

I would create a block that is composed of just one circle.
Then create the all circles by inserting the block previously created.
If you change the block definition it will change all related inserts.
By controlling the insertion point you can control how the circles scale relative to each other.
