librecad degraded after Fedora 31 update

rocketCAD
Has anyone else experienced a degradation, or lost of function, after an OS update?  I updated Fedora 31 around 10/08/2020 and my librecad-2.2.0 has lost the ability to move entities or objects vertically.  I can move selected items left and right, but not up and down.  This lose of functionality has rendered my librecad a 1D CAD application.  I have also noticed the horizontal cursor crosshair is missing.  My Fedora 31 system has qt-5.13.2, gcc-9.1.1, and boost 1.69.0.
I am considering a rollback of updates prior to 10/08/2020 as a fix, unless someone has a better solution.

Are you sure you haven't accidentally restricted to horizontal?
