menu bar

First of all I'm not sure if it's correct to call: menu bar. I have Windows 10, when I open LibreCAD at the top appears the list of: File-Option-Edit-View-Plugins-Tools-Widgets-Drawings-Help. In the various examples that I find in the User Manual the Menu bar has: File-Edit-View-Select-Draw-Dimension-Modify-Snap-Info-Layer-Block. Where I'm doing wrong, what should I do to get the full menu? Thank you

The layout of the user interface has been changed, the existing manuals are a bit outdated. So just search the menues for the tool you are looking for. It's all there, just at a different place.
