new snap behavior in librecad 2 - a feature or a bug ?

Snap behavior in Librecad 2 differs from version 1: you can activate more than one snap-methods at the same time. And if no entity is near the cursor, then "snap free" is active. I think it is more a bug than a feature, an it couses problems: see

Maybe, other people think different. In my opinion such features should be switchable by the user in the settings menu.
