preparation for 2.0.9 release

I have some minor tweaks for the 2.0.9 milestone:

allow option toolbars to take numbers by the math parser. Currently some toolbars are using QString::toDouble() still.

Anything more?

Hopefully someone can figure out why the hatch preview is broken.
