There is no way to print just the entities marked with a selection tool. As a workaround you could invert a made selection (Selection - Invert Selection), delete that, make your printing business, and then make an "Undo". Feels a bit risky...
If you mean printing for example an A4 area out of an A1 drawing, this can be easily done by setting the paper size temporarily to A4 in Options - Current Drawing Preferences and move around the underlying paper sheet with the mouse in Print Preview.
