Yes, you can design and make your own templates with LibreCAD and save and use them for your drawings.

Basic A4 frame/template attached:
A4_template.zip

1. Set up drawing layer -'Template'.
2. On layer 'template' design your template border/title block.
3. Save template to file.
4. Open and use and add/copy drawing and text details in title block.
5. Print out.

thanks for this answer but i'm not sure having used tour file as well.

I've downloaded and uncompressed your file in a folder.

I open this file in librecad ; it is layer 0 (for example).
I draw on layer 1, 2 ...

But i can't draw larger than a A4 paper sheet.

It's not exactly what i expect.
---------------

I draw a big big draw (1000 mm * 5000 mm).

i want to print this complete draw on a A4 paper sheet (the scale is low) but i want also print some details on scale 1:1.

And, when i print, no matter the scale, the template is on background of my draw. The selected scale is automatically printed.

I'm not sure this option is implemented.
